Case Study: Game-Changing Win for Meeting Planner Client

Global Planners is a small, women-owned (and WBE Certified) company that plans business and corporate meetings and events. Bank of America (BoA) issued an RFP for its national speciality meeting (Tier 1 - "High Touch") business. GPi hired us to work with them on the response.

​

GPi was competing toe-to-toe against much larger event planning companies, and the recent trend in the industry favored larger the larger players. The challenge: We had to convince BOA — the second largest bank in the US that GPi had both the expertise and the bandwidth to perform.

​

The RFP was more than 40 pages long, and called for a detailed, compelling response to tell and sell GPi's story. After close daily collaboration and contact with GPi's team, and several iterations, the response was submitted on time and on budget.

 

Our clients won the business, beating out the bigger companies.

 

BoA became GPi's signature client.
